Why we lead with 'no upfront payment'
A lot of renovation companies ask for a deposit just to send someone out to measure. We don't. You can talk to us, get a free quote, and book a measuring visit without paying a cent — because we don't think you should have to pay to find out what something costs.
So when do I actually pay?
Once you've seen the final quote after the measuring visit and you decide to go ahead, we agree a payment schedule tied to the build — typically a portion when manufacturing starts in our factory, and the balance on completion. Nothing is due before you've approved a design and a price.
What this protects you from
If a company asks for a large deposit before any design work happens, you're taking on risk with very little to show for it. Our structure means the financial commitment lines up with real progress on your kitchen — factory time, materials, fitting — not just a sales conversation.
