Apartments: space-efficient, access-sensitive
In dense towns like Fuengirola or high-rise developments like El Higuerón, most of our work is mid-rise apartment renovations. Layouts are usually a galley or L-shape, so the priority is making the most of the space — clever storage, integrated appliances, and finishes that make a smaller room feel bigger. Access matters more here too: lift size, community rules on working hours, and how materials get up to the flat all affect the schedule.
Villas: more room, more possibilities, more logistics
In villa-heavy areas like Benahavís and Sotogrande, kitchens are usually part of a larger open-plan living space, which means the island becomes as much a design statement as a workspace. There's more freedom for larger format materials and bespoke cabinetry runs, but also more logistics — steeper plots, longer supply routes for heavy stone, and sometimes private estate access permissions to coordinate.
What doesn't change
Wherever you are on the coast, the process is the same: a free, no-obligation quote, a measuring visit, and a kitchen designed and built in our own factory. The only thing that changes is how we plan around your specific space.
