Before the team arrives
We ask you to clear the kitchen completely — crockery, small appliances, anything in cupboards — before the first day. If you're keeping any existing units or appliances, tell us in advance so the team knows what to work around.
What a typical day looks like
Old units come out first, then any plumbing or electrical work, followed by the new cabinetry, worktop and appliances. For a standard replacement this is usually spread across 3-5 working days; villa kitchens with structural changes take longer, and we give you a day-by-day plan upfront.
Cooking during the renovation
Most clients set up a temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house — a microwave, kettle and a folding table go a long way. If you let us know in advance, we can also sequence the work to leave your sink or hob connected for as long as possible.
Noise, dust and access
We work standard daytime hours and use dust sheets and extraction where we can, but a kitchen fit is not a silent process — worth knowing if you work from home. In apartment buildings we also coordinate with your community's rules on working hours in advance.
