Ask who actually builds the kitchen
Many companies on the coast sell a catalogue that's manufactured elsewhere and fitted by a subcontracted crew — which means if something goes wrong, responsibility gets passed around. Ask directly: do you design and build in-house? We do, in our own factory in La Cala de Mijas, so there's one team accountable start to finish.
Ask what happens before you pay anything
If a company wants a deposit before they've even measured your kitchen, that's worth questioning. A free, no-obligation quote and measuring visit should cost you nothing — it's a red flag if it doesn't.
Ask for a real timeline, not a vague one
"A few weeks" isn't a timeline. Ask for a specific week-by-week plan, including what happens if materials are delayed. A company that's built kitchens in your specific area before — apartment or villa — should be able to give you a realistic answer immediately.
Ask to see finished work, not just renders
Renders and catalogue photos look the same everywhere. Ask to see real, recently completed kitchens — ours are on our projects page, all built by our own team on the Costa del Sol, not stock photography.
